Great Oaks is a small neighborhood comprised of 92 single family homes. It is a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks and cul-de-sacs that is off the beaten path. However, it is conveniently located and only minutes from Downtown Fredericksburg, Central Park shopping, I-95 and Amtrak/VRE. The residents are committed to keeping our neighborhood beautiful and pride themselves on a strong sense of community and togetherness.
